Chaperone is a supplemental safety tool and is NOT a substitute for emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number first. Chaperone does not guarantee delivery of alerts, and alert delivery depends on cellular network availability, device battery life, and other factors outside our control. Odulate IT Solutions is not liable for any harm resulting from failure to receive or respond to alerts.
Chaperone requires access to your device's location services to function. Location data is only collected while a safety plan is active. You can disable location access in your device settings, but this will prevent Chaperone from including your location in emergency alerts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odulate IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Chaperone, including but not limited to failure of alerts to be delivered, inaccurate location data, or reliance on the app as a sole safety measure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odulate IT Solutions and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Chaperone, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
